Málaga–Costa del Sol Airport is Spain's fourth-busiest airport and the gateway to the whole Costa del Sol. The resort towns closest to the airport, Torremolinos and Benalmádena, are a short drive away; Marbella and Puerto Banús are 45 minutes to an hour down the coast, with Estepona and Sotogrande beyond.
