In the US, "car service" usually means an app and a surge multiplier. Our transfers work differently: you get one fixed price for the whole vehicle before you travel, tolls and fees included, and a driver who tracks your flight and meets you in baggage claim.

From JFK Airport we drive to Manhattan around the clock and out to the Hamptons all summer. And in ski season, Denver International is the start of the long climb up I-70 to Vail and Breckenridge, in a vehicle built for mountain roads.

Ride-hailing prices move with demand, and demand peaks exactly when flights land in bunches, on holiday weekends and in bad weather. A pre-booked transfer locks the price when you book. It also solves the practical problems apps don't: a car seat for a toddler, a vehicle big enough for six people and their luggage, or skis for four.

At JFK, Orlando and Denver, pre-booked drivers can meet you inside the terminal at baggage claim with a name sign, instead of you finding a rideshare pickup zone.

Your quote includes bridge and tunnel tolls, airport access fees and, for Manhattan below 60th Street, the congestion toll. Gratuity customs are different in the US than in Europe: drivers commonly receive 15–20%. Tell us if you'd like gratuity included in your quote so nobody needs cash on arrival.

The Hamptons run from Memorial Day to Labor Day, with Friday afternoons the slowest time on the Long Island Expressway. Colorado ski season runs from late November to April, and Colorado's traction law applies on I-70 from September to May. Orlando's theme parks are busy all year, especially during school holidays, Thanksgiving, Christmas and spring break.
