Private transfers from Salt Lake City International Airport
Salt Lake City International sits about 6 km (4 miles) west of downtown and is a hub for Delta, so many skiers arrive here on a direct or one-stop flight. The Wasatch resorts are unusually close: Park City is under an hour away on I-80, and Alta and Snowbird are a similar drive up Little Cottonwood Canyon.
We run fixed-price transfers from SLC to Park City, Canyons Village and Deer Valley, and quote any address in northern Utah, from downtown hotels and the Cottonwood Canyon resorts to Snowbasin and Sundance. Tell us how many skis, snowboards and boot bags you are bringing, and we send a vehicle with room for all of them. The price is fixed for the whole vehicle and includes waiting time, so a delayed flight or a snowy canyon does not change what you pay.
Arriving at Salt Lake City Airport: where to meet your driver
SLC has one terminal with two concourses, A and B. Passengers on domestic flights walk past the Senator Jake Garn Greeting Room, on the second level next to baggage claim, and your driver waits there with a sign showing your name. International arrivals exit on the ground level at the foot of the escalators, where your driver meets you instead. Cars collect passengers from the ground level outside the terminal.

Winter driving in the Wasatch
I-80 climbs through Parleys Canyon to Park City, where UDOT uses variable speed limits between 35 and 65 mph depending on conditions. In severe winter weather, drivers must use traction devices where Utah law requires them. Your driver checks conditions before leaving and plans the pickup time for the return around the forecast.
