Yes. The London Congestion Charge, ULEZ and Heathrow’s access charges are all included in your fixed price.
Where does my driver meet me at Heathrow?
Inside the arrivals hall of your terminal (2, 3, 4 or 5), holding a name sign. Your driver tracks your flight and waits 60 minutes after landing at no extra cost.
Can you take us from Heathrow to a cruise ship?
Yes. The Heathrow to Southampton transfer takes about 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes. We drop you at your ship’s terminal.
Is a private transfer faster than the Heathrow Express?
The Heathrow Express reaches Paddington in 15 minutes, but you still need to get from Paddington to your hotel with your luggage. A private transfer takes 50 to 75 minutes door to door, with no changes.
