Private transfers from Miami International Airport
Miami International sits west of the city, about 13 km by road from downtown, and is the main gateway to South Florida's beaches, its cruise port and Latin America. Most visitors are heading east across Biscayne Bay: Miami Beach is about 25 minutes away in light traffic, and the cruise terminals about 20.
We run fixed-price transfers from MIA to Miami Beach and to the PortMiami cruise terminals, and quote any address in the region: Brickell and downtown hotels, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, Fort Lauderdale and the Florida Keys. Expressway tolls are included, child seats are fitted on request, and a minivan or minibus takes the whole group and its luggage in one go.
Arriving at Miami Airport: where to meet your driver
MIA is one long horseshoe-shaped terminal with concourses D to J. Baggage claim and all ground transport are on Level 1. International passengers clear customs in Concourse D, E or J; from J you come out on Level 3 and take the lift down. Your driver meets you on Level 1 by your baggage claim with a name sign, and we send the exact spot and your driver's number before you land.

Cruise days at MIA
On sailing days, many passengers take the cruise lines' own buses, which leave from bus stations at Concourse D (Level 1, Door 1) and Concourse J (Level 1, Door 33) on a fixed schedule. A private transfer leaves from baggage claim as soon as your bags arrive and goes straight to your terminal kerb. See Miami Airport to Port of Miami for terminal-by-terminal details.
