Private transfers from Split Airport
Split Airport lies on the shore of Kaštela Bay, 6 km from Trogir and about 24 km by road from Split’s harbour. It is the main gateway to central Dalmatia: the city and Diocletian’s Palace, the Makarska Riviera, Šibenik and Krka, and the islands of Brač, Hvar, Vis and Šolta, reached by ferry from Split.
We run fixed-price transfers to Split city centre and the ferry port, and quote any address along the coast, from Trogir and Primošten to Omiš, Brela and Makarska, as well as the long drive south to Dubrovnik. Charter crews heading for marinas around the bay are welcome too; tell us how many people and bags you have and we size the vehicle to fit.
Arriving at Split Airport: where to meet your driver
After passport control, baggage reclaim and customs, walk out into the arrivals area and look for the marked meeting point, where your driver waits holding a sign with your name. The airport shuttle bus leaves from car park P1, in front of the arrivals exit, and taxis wait near the main terminal building, so look for your name rather than the offers.

Summer traffic and ferry connections
In July and August the D8 coast road through Kaštela is often slow, especially towards Split, and the airport advises departing passengers to allow an hour and a half for the trip.
If you are catching a ferry or catamaran to Brač, Hvar, Vis or Šolta on the day you land, book the sailing in advance and leave plenty of time after your arrival. We drop you at the right pier in Split’s ferry port.
