Delhi Airport Transfers

Indira Gandhi International is India’s busiest airport and the arrival point for most visitors to the north of the country. It sits on the south-west edge of New Delhi, close to the Aerocity hotel district and Gurugram, and under an hour from Connaught Place outside the rush hours.

With a pre-booked car you skip the taxi queues, your luggage goes into the boot once, and the fixed price covers the whole vehicle, so families and groups share one fare.

International flights arrive at Terminal 3. After immigration, baggage reclaim and customs, walk out through the arrivals exit, where your driver waits with a sign showing your name. Private cars collect passengers from the marked pick-up lane outside T3 arrivals or from the multi-level car park opposite the terminal. Terminals 1 and 2 are domestic only; if you land there, your driver meets you outside that terminal’s arrivals exit.

From about mid-December to mid-February, dense fog can delay or divert flights into Delhi, usually at night and in the early morning, and the expressways out of the city run with lower speed limits. Give us your flight number and we track it, so your pickup moves with any delay. If you land late in fog season and are heading to Agra or Jaipur, ask us about an Aerocity hotel overnight and a daylight start.
