Private transfers from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA)
Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) is in Sepang, about 50 to 60 km south of the city, so every transfer starts with a run up the expressways. It has two terminals in separate buildings: Terminal 1 for most full-service airlines and Terminal 2 for low-cost carriers.
We run fixed-price transfers from KLIA to KLCC and the Petronas Twin Towers, and quote any address in the Klang Valley and beyond: Bukit Bintang, KL Sentral, Mont Kiara, Putrajaya and Cyberjaya, Sepang International Circuit, Genting Highlands and Melaka.
The KLIA Ekspres train is fast to KL Sentral. A car goes to the door with all your luggage, at any hour, with every toll included.
Arriving at KLIA: where to meet your driver
Check whether you land at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2: they are separate buildings, a 3-minute train ride apart. We track your flight, and your driver waits in the public arrivals hall of the right terminal after customs, holding a sign with your name, then walks you to the car.
Transfer times from KLIA
- Sepang International Circuit: 20–30 minutes
- Putrajaya and Cyberjaya: 30–45 minutes
- KL Sentral: 1 hour – 1 hour 30 minutes
- KLCC and the Petronas Twin Towers: 1 hour – 1 hour 30 minutes
- Bukit Bintang: 1 hour – 1 hour 30 minutes
- Mont Kiara: 1 hour – 1 hour 40 minutes
- Melaka: 1 hour 45 minutes – 2 hours 15 minutes
- Genting Highlands: 2 hours – 2 hours 30 minutes
Times are from Terminal 1; Terminal 2 is about the same. Weekday evenings, Friday afternoons and heavy rain take the upper end.
Terminal 1 or Terminal 2?
Terminal 2 opened in 2014 for low-cost carriers, and AirAsia is its biggest user. Most other airlines, including Malaysia Airlines, use Terminal 1. The KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit trains link the two in 3 minutes, but a car pickup is simplest at the terminal where you land. Tell us your flight number and we will do the rest.
