Private transfers from Marrakech Menara Airport
Marrakech Menara Airport sits on the south-west edge of the city, about 6 km from the medina, and handled 9.3 million passengers in 2024. Most visitors are heading for a riad in the old city, a hotel in Hivernage or Gueliz, or a villa in the Palmeraie, and some go straight on to the Atlas Mountains or a desert camp.
We run fixed-price transfers to the medina, stopping at the gate or square closest to your riad, and quote any address in and around Marrakech, including Agafay, Imlil, the Ourika valley and Essaouira. Your driver tracks your flight and is waiting when you walk out of arrivals, whatever the hour.
Arriving at Marrakech Airport: where to meet your driver
Terminals 1 and 2 share one large building at Menara. After passport control, baggage reclaim and customs, walk out through the arrivals exit, where your driver waits holding a sign with your name. The car is parked a short walk away. The taxi rank and the stop for airport bus 19 are just outside the terminal.

Arriving at a riad
Most riads are in lanes too narrow for cars, so your driver stops at the nearest gate, square or car park and the last few minutes are on foot. Many riads send a member of staff to meet the car, and porters with handcarts work at the busier gates. Give us your riad’s name when you book and we plan the handover point with you.
