Private transfers from Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport
Sydney Airport, at Mascot on the shore of Botany Bay, is Australia's busiest airport and only about 8 km from the city centre in a straight line. It has three terminals: T1 for international flights, and T2 and T3 for domestic flights on the other side of the runways. You cannot walk between T1 and the domestic terminals, so check which one you land at.
We run fixed-price transfers from all three terminals to the Sydney CBD, about 20 minutes away in clear traffic, and quote any address in greater Sydney: Darling Harbour, Bondi, Manly, North Sydney, Parramatta, the two cruise terminals, and longer runs to the Blue Mountains and the Hunter Valley. Your driver tracks your flight, meets you inside the terminal and drives the Eastern Distributor or the WestConnex tunnels with the tolls already paid.
Arriving at Sydney Airport: where to meet your driver
At T1 International, arriving passengers leave customs through exit A or B into the arrivals hall, and the airport's official meeting point is between the two exits. That is where your driver waits with a sign showing your name. At T2 the meeting point is opposite baggage carousel 6, and at T3 your driver meets you in the arrivals area by baggage claim. The car is a short walk away.

The curfew and moving between terminals
Sydney Airport has a curfew: aircraft do not take off or land between 11pm and 6am, so the first arrivals come in from 6am, and in severe weather a late flight can be pushed to the next morning. A free Terminal Transfer Bus links T1 with T2 and T3 every 15 minutes from 05:30 to 22:30, taking about 10 minutes, and the Airport Link train also runs between the terminal stations.
