Private transfers from Vienna International Airport
Vienna International Airport is at Schwechat, 20 km south-east of the city centre by road and about an hour from Bratislava. Between 7 September 2026 and the end of October 2027 the S-Bahn line through Vienna is closed for rebuilding, so the City Airport Train runs as a bus and the road is the main way into the city for now.
We run fixed-price transfers from the airport to Vienna city centre, and quote any address in Austria and the neighbouring capitals: Schönbrunn, the Wachau wine valley, Melk Abbey, the Semmering, Bratislava and Budapest. All three terminals share one arrivals hall, so your driver is easy to find, holding a sign with your name.
Arriving at Vienna Airport: where to meet your driver
Vienna Airport has three terminals, 1, 1A and 3, but all arriving passengers come out into the same arrivals hall on level 0, through the sliding doors from baggage reclaim. Your driver waits there holding a sign with your name, then walks you to the car in the short-stay car park beside the hall.

From 7 September 2026 to the end of October 2027, the S-Bahn trunk line through Vienna is closed. The City Airport Train runs as a bus to Wien Mitte, the S7 ends at Wien St. Marx, and long-distance trains still run between the airport and Wien Hauptbahnhof. Vienna Airport Bus lines run to Westbahnhof, Schwedenplatz and Donauzentrum, with new routes to Karlsplatz and Praterstern.
