Los Cabos International Airport sits just north of San José del Cabo, at the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula. Every resort in Los Cabos is within an hour: San José del Cabo's historic centre and hotel zone are closest, the luxury resorts of the Tourist Corridor are in the middle, and Cabo San Lucas, with its marina, Médano Beach and El Arco, is at the far end.

Arriving at Los Cabos Airport: where to meet your driver
Los Cabos has two main terminals: most flights from the US and Canada use Terminal 2, while Terminal 1 handles domestic and some international flights. As in Cancún, arrivals pass through a hall of timeshare and transport sellers after customs. Walk straight through without stopping and out of the building.
Your driver waits outside the terminal in the pre-booked transportation area, holding a sign with your name. We send their name and WhatsApp number before you fly.
San José, the Corridor or Cabo San Lucas?
Los Cabos is really three places. San José del Cabo, 15–20 minutes from the airport, has a colonial town square, art galleries and calmer beaches. The Tourist Corridor, the 30 km of coast between the two towns, holds most of the luxury resorts, from One&Only Palmilla and Las Ventanas al Paraíso to Chileno Bay and Cabo del Sol. Cabo San Lucas, 40–50 minutes away, is livelier, with the marina, Médano Beach, El Arco and the nightlife.
On the Pacific side, north-west of Cabo San Lucas, Pedregal and Diamante are 50 minutes to an hour away, and the artists' town of Todos Santos about an hour and a half.
