Antalya Airport to Kemer by private car
A private Antalya Airport to Kemer transfer takes you 62 km around the Gulf of Antalya, from the arrivals exit at Antalya Airport to your hotel in Kemer, Beldibi, Göynük or Tekirova in about an hour. The road crosses the city and then follows the coast south below the Taurus Mountains, with pine-covered slopes on one side and the sea on the other.
The shared coaches included in many package holidays wait for other flights and stop at several hotels along the way. A private car leaves as soon as you are through arrivals and goes straight to your hotel, and one fixed price covers the whole vehicle, so a family of four pays the same as a couple.
The Kemer coast runs for about 30 km, from Beldibi in the north to Tekirova near the ruins of Phaselis, and we drive to every resort on it. If you are splitting your stay, we also cover the golf hotels of Belek, on the other side of the airport.

The drive from AYT to Kemer
Kemer lies on the far side of Antalya, so the first part of the drive crosses the city. From the airport, your driver follows the eastern ring road and then Gazi Bulvarı, part of the D400, around the north of Antalya, before dropping to the coast at Konyaaltı, the long pebble beach on the city's western edge.
From there the D400 swings south and becomes a coast road squeezed between the Taurus Mountains and the sea. Three twin-bore tunnels, the longest about 1.1 km, cut through the headlands on the way to Beldibi and Göynük. Beyond Göynük the road runs on to Kemer town, and further south to Kiriş, Çamyuva and Tekirova.
The slow part is the city. On weekday mornings and evenings, and on summer afternoons when the roads near the beaches are busy, the crossing of Antalya can add 20 minutes or more. In normal traffic the whole drive takes about an hour; allow up to 1 hour 25 minutes at busy times. Late at night, when many charter flights land, it is often a little under an hour.
Once you are through the city, the coast road to Kemer is fast and usually free-flowing. Your price includes any tolls and parking, and there are no stops at other hotels.
For resorts at the southern end of the coast, add a few minutes: Kiriş and Çamyuva are about an hour from the airport, and Tekirova about 1 hour 5 minutes in normal traffic.

Meeting your driver at Antalya Airport
Most international flights arrive at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2; domestic flights use a separate domestic terminal. After passport control and baggage reclaim, walk out through the arrivals exit. Tour operator reps and transfer drivers wait outside; yours holds a sign with your name.
Your flight number tells us which of Antalya's three terminals you land at: Terminal 1 or the expanded Terminal 2 for international flights, or the domestic terminal. After passport control and baggage reclaim, walk out through the arrivals exit, where drivers and tour reps wait outside. Yours holds a sign with your name.
We track the flight, so a delay moves the pickup at no extra cost, and your 60 minutes of free waiting start when you actually land, not at the scheduled time.
For the return, your driver picks you up at your hotel lobby and waits up to 15 minutes from the agreed time. Allow extra time on weekday mornings and summer weekends, when the city crossing is slow.

Where we drop off on the Kemer coast
Kemer is both a town and a string of resort villages along the D400. Most hotels are large resorts with a drive-up lobby, and the car takes you to the door. In Kemer town, the driver takes you to your hotel entrance or the nearest point the car can reach. Some resorts have more than one entrance, so tell us the exact hotel name when you book.
Beldibi
The first resort village coming from Antalya, a narrow strip of hotels between the mountains and the sea. About 40 minutes from the airport in normal traffic.
Göynük
Resorts around the mouth of Göynük Canyon, about 45 minutes from the airport, with Kemer town a short drive further south.
Kemer town and marina
Hotels in the town centre, around the yacht marina and Moonlight Beach, close to the shops and restaurants. About an hour from the airport.
Kiriş and Çamyuva
Quieter resort villages a few kilometres south of Kemer, many with large all-inclusive hotels on the beach. About an hour from the airport.
Tekirova
The southern end of the Kemer coast, near the ruins of Phaselis, about 1 hour 5 minutes from the airport in normal traffic.

When to book your Kemer transfer
The Kemer season runs from April to October, busiest in July and August, when the resorts are full and the sea is at its warmest. Charter flights cluster at weekends, so the airport and the roads through Antalya are at their busiest on summer Saturdays and Sundays.
Spring is the time for walkers, with green hills and mild days, and September and October bring a warm sea and quieter roads.
Kurban Bayramı runs from 16 to 19 May 2027, when Turkish families head for the coast and the roads out of Antalya are busy on the eve of the holiday. Ramazan Bayramı falls on 9–11 March 2027.
In winter Kemer is quiet. Some resorts close until spring, while the town and marina stay open, so check your hotel's opening dates for a trip between November and March.
Arriving mid-morning or late in the evening avoids the worst of Antalya's city traffic.
Private transfer vs other ways to reach Kemer
| Option | Door to door | Good to know |
|---|---|---|
| Private transfer | 1h – 1h 25min | Straight to your door, fixed price per vehicle, driver waiting in arrivals. |
| Tour operator coach | 1½–2½ hours | Included in many package holidays. It waits for other flights and stops at several hotels, and resorts at the southern end of the coast, such as Tekirova, can be among the last drop-offs. |
| Taxi | 1–1½ hours | Metered taxis wait outside each terminal. Direct and quick, but the fare depends on traffic through the city and is only known at the end of the trip. |
| City bus + coast bus | 2–3 hours | Bus 600 runs from the airport to Antalya's bus station, where buses and minibuses leave along the coast for Kemer. Low cost, but one change and a final walk or taxi with your luggage. |

Vehicles, prices and what's included
You pay one fixed price for the vehicle, not per seat, quoted for your date and group before you book. Tolls, fuel and parking are in the price, and so is waiting time: 60 minutes from your actual landing, or 15 minutes at a hotel or address pickup.
| Vehicle | Passengers | Luggage | Good for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard sedan | Up to 3 passengers | 2–3 suitcases | Couples and solo travellers |
| Executive sedan | Up to 3 passengers | 2–3 suitcases | Mercedes E-Class or similar |
| Minivan | Up to 7 passengers | 6–7 suitcases | Families and golf or ski bags |
| Minibus | 8–16 passengers | One suitcase each | Groups, weddings, events |
Exact models vary by local partner. Tell us about oversized luggage, golf bags, skis or strollers and we will size the vehicle to fit.
Not included: waiting beyond the free time, and stops or detours added on the day. Planned stops are fine: ask for them with your quote and they are priced in. Tipping is up to you.
Who the Kemer transfer suits
Families
Child seats fitted before pickup and one price for the vehicle. Kemer's family resorts are spread along 30 km of coast, and the driver goes straight to yours.
Walkers and hikers
The Lycian Way runs through the hills behind Kemer on its way to Antalya. There is room for rucksacks, poles and boots, and drop-offs at trailheads on request.
Couples
A quiet car instead of a coach after the flight, and a drop-off at a small hotel in Kemer town or a beach resort in Tekirova.
Late-night arrivals
Charter flights often land in the small hours. The city roads are empty then, and the drive to Kemer usually takes a little under an hour.
Plan the rest of your Kemer stay
- Phaselis, near Tekirova, has Roman ruins and three small harbours shaded by pines. Go early in the day in summer, before the midday heat.
- Olympos and the Chimaera, the natural flames on the hillside above Çıralı, are most striking after dark. Both make an easy evening trip from the southern end of the coast.
- Boat trips leave Kemer marina for the coves along the coast. Book at the harbour on the day or through your hotel, and ask where the swimming stops are.
- Want a look at Kaleiçi, Antalya's walled old town, on the way home? It is a short detour from the route. Add the stop to your return transfer and your luggage stays in the car.
- Moving resorts mid-trip? Side is about 1¾ hours from Kemer, and we quote hotel-to-hotel transfers anywhere on the Turkish Riviera.
- For the flight home, leave Kemer about three hours before an international departure, and add a little time on weekday mornings and summer weekends for the city crossing.
